When we started looking around for a company to set up our website, we had quite specific requirements. Being a small business we had a limited budget, we wanted the website to reflect the exclusivity of our high end jewellery & it was most important that our website echo the look & feeling our store.

I was quite the typical client: plenty of opinion, no computer skills. As a designer I knew what I wanted, but found it hard to explain with no knowledge of computer terms or processes.
